We've created a system that builds stronger, faster, and more resilient athletes— so they can perform at their highest level and enjoy long-term success in their sport. Every session is tailored to the athlete's age, experience, and current fitness level, ensuring they develop safely while maximizing results. Through progressive strength training, speed + agility development, mobility, and injury prevention, we build a complete athlete who is prepared to compete with confidence today while creating the foundation for athletic longevity in the years ahead.

Group Classes: (up to 18 people)

Middle School Prep

Ages 11-13

60 minute group training designed for developing athletes. This program builds a strong foundation in strength and conditioning, teaches proper speed and agility mechanics, and develops fundamental movement skills and training habits to prepare athletes for the next level of competition.

High School Elite

Ages 14-18

60 minute group training designed for dedicated high school athletes. This advanced program focuses on maximizing strength, speed, and power through strength and conditioning, preparing athletes to excel at the varsity levels while reducing injury risk and enhancing long-term development.

Adult Training Club

Ages 18+

60 minute group training designed for adults of all ages and fitness levels. The Training Club combines strength, mobility, agility, and conditioning into a well-rounded program that helps you move better, build confidence, improve overall fitness, and stay strong and active for years to come.

Semi-Private Training

2-6 People

60 minute sessions. Train in a small-group setting with individualized coaching designed to accelerate your performance. Each athlete follows a customized, sport-specific training program with regular performance evaluations to ensure consistent progress. The perfect balance of individualized development, accountability, and competitive energy.

1:1 Personal Training

60 minute sessions. Fully customized training built around your individual goals, sport, and performance needs. Every session is designed with intentional programming, personalized coaching, and ongoing evaluations to maximize your progress. With dedicated 1-on-1 attention, athletes receive the highest level of accountability, technique refinement, and performance development to help them reach their full potential.

Team Training

Develop a stronger, faster, and more resilient team through a customized strength and conditioning program designed around your sport and competitive goals. Our team training sessions focus on building strength, speed, power, mobility, injury prevention, and overall athletic performance. Each program is tailored to the needs of your team, providing high-energy coaching, structured development, and measurable progress throughout the season.

Basketball Training

Ball Handling & Finishing

Crossovers, hesitations, between-the-legs, spin moves. Finishing at the rim with both hands — layups, floaters, euro steps. Contact finishing drills.

Shooting Mechanics & Shot Creation

Form shooting progression, catch-and-shoot, off-the-dribble pull-ups, step-backs. Shot selection and game-speed reps.

Defensive Footwork & IQ

Closeouts, lateral slides, drop steps, help-side rotations. 1-on-1 defensive live reps. Communication and positioning.

Court Vision & Decision Making

Read-and-react passing drills, pick-and-roll reads, transition decision making. Film study integration for older athletes.

Passing & Serve Receive

Platform fundamentals, movement to the ball, serve receive formations. Reading the server and positioning. Overhead passing technique.

Hitting & Approach Mechanics

3-step and 4-step approach, arm swing mechanics, timing with setter. Hitting angles, line vs. cross, off-speed shots.

Blocking & Net Defense

Footwork along the net, press technique, reading the hitter. Solo and double block coordination. Transition off the net.

Serving & Game Strategy

Float serve and jump serve mechanics. Target serving, serving under pressure. Rotational strategy and position-specific responsibilities.

Pickleball Training

Dinking & Soft Game

Cross-court and straight-ahead dinks, reset shots, drop shots from transition zone. Touch and feel development.

Drives & Power Shots

Forehand and backhand drives, speed-up attacks, counter-attacks. When to speed up vs. stay patient.

Serve & Return Strategy

Deep serve placement, return of serve positioning, third-shot drop vs. drive decision making.

Court Positioning & Doubles Strategy

Stacking, switching, poaching. Communication with partner. Controlling the kitchen line. Point construction.

Sprint Mechanics & Acceleration

Start position, shin angles, arm action, acceleration patterning, and top-end mechanics. Build speed that transfers to every sport.

Hurdle Fundamentals

Lead/trail leg mechanics, rhythm, mobility, and sprint posture. Great for multi-sport athletes and developing track athletes.

Jumps & Plyometrics

Landing mechanics, elastic strength, bounds, hops, and jump progressions. Develop power safely and progressively.

Event-Specific Prep

Positioned around the athlete’s events and season plan — technical work + speed + strength support.

Director of Performance & Training

Daniel Frazee serves as the Director of Performance and Training, bringing over 8 years of experience in the strength and conditioning industry. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

As a former collegiate track and field athlete, Daniel understands firsthand the dedication it takes to perform at a high level and uses that experience to help athletes and clients reach their full potential.

Passionate about developing stronger, faster, and more resilient athletes, Daniel combines education, experience, and real-world application to create effective training programs for individuals of all levels.

Outside of coaching, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids outdoors, traveling, and going to the beach.
